In the unfortunate event you need to return an item, our Policy is as follows: #1) All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee (most items are made to order, therefor the higher restocking fee). #2) Shipping is to be paid for by the customer. #3) We will credit back your Credit Card after we examine your return (to make sure it was in the pristine order that we shipped it in).
